The Information and Communications Technology Sub-Committee (ICTSC) conducts a special meeting led by Director Jonathan Mantikayan of the Bangsamoro Information and Communications Technology (BICTO) to finalize the resolution on the creation of its Technical Working Group (ICTSC-TWG).
ICTSC is tasked to provide technical support on the formulation, update, review, and recommendation of planning and policy coordination in promoting and developing strategic infrastructures, facilities, and services in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
Meanwhile, ICTSC is a sub-committee under the Infrastructure Development Committee (IDCom) of the Bangsamoro Economic Development Council (BEDC).
Also present in the meeting are representatives from the Ministries of Transportation and Communication (MOTC), Environment, Natural Resources and Energy (MENRE), Science and Technology (MOST), and Bangsamoro Planning and Development Authority (BPDA) as the technical secretariat of the said sub-committee.
