LEGAL BASIS

  1. BPDA is created under Bangsamoro Autonomy  Act No. 06, section 14, as the socio-economic development planning and policy coordinating authority of the Bangsamoro Government.
  2. Bangsamoro Autonomy Act No. 06, section 13. states that technical  and secretariat services of the BEDC shall be provided  by the BPDA.

MANDATE

Bangsamoro Planning and Development Authority (BPDA) is responsible for development planning, investment programming, monitoring and evaluation and coordination of all development initiatives in the region.
