A special session of the Bangsamoro Parliament was convened on July 01-03, 2020 at the Shariff Kabunsuan Cultural Complex, Bangsamoro Government Center, Cotabato City to discuss Resolution No. 252, “A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1st BANGSAMORO DEVELOPMENT PLAN (BDP) 2020-2022.”
Under the supervision of BARMM Chief Minister Ahod Balawag Ebrahim, other members of the Parliament shared comments, suggestions, and recommendations for the enhancement of the region’s development. The three-day special session, were exhausted in deliberating the plan chapter by chapter and in scrutiny of its contents in terms of Programs Activities Projects and Services of the Ministries intended for the whole Bangsamoro region.
Salient points of the Plan were presented and discussed by Engr. Mohajirin T. Ali, Director General of the Bangsamoro Planning and Development Authority (BPDA).
After series of rebuttal, and prudent deliberation, on its 3rd and final day, the Plan was approved via unanimous decision.
Another giant step taken by the Bangsamoro Government in its aim to serve its People.
