The said meeting was presided by the SDCom chairperson and Social Services and Development Minister Atty. Raissa H. Jajurie, together with Planning Officer V Paul Mamaon, who represented Engr. Mohajirin T. Ali, SDCom vice chairperson and Director General of the Bangsamoro Planning and Development Authority (BPDA).

Moreover, SDCom was tasked by BARMM Chief Minister and BEDC Chairperson Ahod B. Ebrahim to lead and prepare several activities for the fourth day of the said event.  In line with this, Atty. Jajurie spearheaded the discussion for the committeeโ€™s preparation and further delegated specific assignments for its member ministries, offices, and agencies. As stated in Chapter 1, Section 10 of the Bangsamoro Administrative Code (BAC), 21st of January is proclaimed as the โ€œBangsamoro Foundation Dayโ€ and declared as a non-working holiday.  This is in celebration of the establishment of the BARMM and recognition of the dreams and aspiration of the people to chart their social, political, cultural, and economic destiny in exercise of their right to self-determination.  (Mary Lovella Lao-Lastimosa with reports from Norodin Intia)
