LEGAL BASIS
- BPDA is created under Bangsamoro Autonomy Act No. 06, section 14, as the socio-economic development planning and policy coordinating authority of the Bangsamoro Government.
- Bangsamoro Autonomy Act No. 06, section 13. states that technical and secretariat services of the BEDC shall be provided by the BPDA.
