Engr. Mohajirin T. Ali, Director General of the Bangsamoro Planning and Development Authority (BPDA) and head of technical secretariat of the Bangsamoro Economic and Development Council (BEDC), is leading the ongoing 3-day finalization workshop on the draft 2nd Bangsamoro Development Plan (BDP) 2023-2028, taking place at Blue Lotus Hotel in Davao City on Wednesday until Friday, Nov. 9-11, 2022.

In his message, DG Ali said that series of workshops, consultations, and write shops have been conducted by the BEDC through BPDA since January 2022.

โ€œThe conduct of the aforementioned activities was indeed essential to be able to come up with an inclusive plan that is supportive to the BARMM – the autonomous regional government, provincial/city/municipal local government units, our people, and all our stakeholders,โ€ he stressed.

Meanwhile, NEDA Undersecretary Carlos Bernardo O. Abad-Santos presented the salient features of the draft Philippine Development Plan 2023-2028.
