ORIENTATION ON FOOD ASSISTANCE FOR ASSETS (FAA) AND SCOPE DIGITAL SOLUTION PLATFORM

The Bangsamoro Planning and Development Authority (BPDA) leads the Orientation on Food Assistance for Assets (FAA) and Scope Digital Solution Platform at Bajau Hall, Bangsamoro Government Center, Cotabato City, today, August 4, 2020.

This activity aims to provide common understanding on the FFA modality; its corresponding transfer modality; and process of monitoring of work milestone.

The orientation is participated by representative coming from the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (MENRE), Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Agrarian Reform (MAFAR) and Ministry of Interior and Local Government (MILG).

Ms. Fahima Abdulaziz and Ms. Daren Espanola of United Nation-World Food Prorgamme (UN-WFP) serve as the resource persons in the said orientation.

This orientation is conducted in preparation for the formulation of the work plan following the signing of Memorandum of Agreement on the convergence model program between MENRE, MAFAR, and MILG last week. This convergence overall goal is to promote self-reliant, self-sustaining and food secure Bangsamoro.
