Said meeting was presided by Engr. Mama G. Ingcongan and participated by the Technical Management Services โ€“ Office of the Chief Minister (TMS-OCM), Ministry of Interior and Local Government (MILG), Ministry of Finance, Budget and Management (MFBM), Bangsamoro Treasury Office (BTO), and Office of the Senior Minister (OSM).

The TWG members proposed to adopt the M&E forms of the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) and use the said forms in monitoring and evaluation activities for the ongoing programs and projects of the Bangsamoro government.
